Remark *DVOC is a number of deputies nedeed to be in the Parliament to vote

with the cards of their colegues. In Bulgarian Parliament exists a convention

one deputy can vote with up to five cards, so his colegues can be involved in

more important duties such as meeteings with electors, traveling around the

World, working in Comissions and etc.
